Maria Engr?cia Carvalho dos Reis Janela Cardim is Assistant Professor at ISCSP/UTL (School of Social and Political Sciences, University of Lisbon) in the domains of Public Policies and Sociology. She is also researcher at CAPP (Centre for Public Administration and Public Policies), a R&D centre from ISCSP/UTL internationally evaluated as Excellent, in which she coordinates the research line “Policy Studies” and is a member of Executive Board.
