DIKTI offers 130 state and private universities in Indonesia opportunities to apply to BIMTEK (Bimbingan Teknis) 2013 on international cooperation. |
The program will be held in 4 major cities in Indonesia: Surabaya, Bandung, Jakarta, and Makassar. UNAS was chosen to participate on the event held in Hotel Millenium Sirih, Jakarta on September 3, 2013. UNAS was represented by Dra. Nyoman Elly Swandayani.
The agenda of the program involve topics on dissemination of cooperation principles and accountability; guidance to international cooperation; preparation for cooperative documents and acknowledgement of cooperative agreement; and lesson learned from the experiences of Indonesian universities International offices. The agenda also includes session in which participants share proposals of international cooperation to be applied to grants provided by DIKTI. Grants for international cooperation offer by DIKTI annually include: PKKUI, BFKSI, International Expo, and Muhibah Seni. Since 2011, UNAS through its office of International Cooperation and other units in UNAS has been awarded with grants related to PKKUI (2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013), International Expo (2012 and 2013), and Muhibah Seni (2013). With the awards, UNAS has added its International cooperation networking with universities in Korea, China, United Kingdom, Italy, U.S.A., and Malaysia that resulted in the continuation of the joint degree and credit transfer programs, research and collaborations, exchange of scholars, and scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students from UNAS. |
