On May 27th , 2013, Keith Martin, a famous American singer and producer came to UNAS as the speaker on a talk show and mini presentation under the theme ‘The Contribution of African and American Artists in Music’. This event was conducted by the English Department of Faculty of Languages and Literature UNAS in a cooperation with the Office of International Cooperation UNAS and U.S Embassy Jakarta. The talk show was attended by the students and the faculty members of UNAS and was opened by welcoming dance performances of the students of Faculty Languages and Literature and a remarks from . the Dean of the Faculty Languages and Literature, Drs. Evert H. Hilman, M.Hum. Keith Martin seemed to mingle with the audience in sharing his experiences, perspectives and career in music especially in multicultural countries, such as in America and Indonesia as well.
